Linda Danz was born on New York’s Lower East Side. For many years, she balanced life as a painter with her job as an art director in the corporate world of magazine publishing. In 2000, she turned her art to writing. Her short stories and poetry can be found on her blog, The American Friend. Danz now lives on the Upper East Side, co-writes with her singer/songwriter husband, Paul Fairall, and shares her desk with their two cats. Their music can be found here.
My review of Breath Visible, her first collection of short stories, can be found here.
